Alaska Spindle Headboard Platform Bed in Honey Pine

The Alaska Spindle Headboard Platform Bed in Honey Pine is a traditional spindle headboard platform bed with spindle headboard and low footboard. Made of 100% Brazilian pine wood (genus Pinus Elliottii), pine is kiln dried to prevent splitting and size distortion. Its fourteen webbed wood slats included eliminating need for a box-spring. Rails are connected to posts by heat treated bolts and half moon nuts. Slat supports are well glued and nailed with no staples. Full beds have center leg support. This bed is available in twin, full and queen sizes at your option.
